The journal follows COPE principles and adopts a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to promote high-quality, original, and interdisciplinary legal research.

Types of Submission and Word Limit
- Research Papers: Up to 10,000 words
- Long Articles: Above 5,000 words
- Short Articles / Essays: 3,000–5,000 words
- Book Reviews / Case or Legislative Comments: 1,500–3,000 words
Submission Guidelines
- Original and unpublished work only
- AI-generated content not permitted
- Plagiarism above 15% (Turnitin) will be rejected
- File format: .docx
- Manuscript must be anonymised
- Font: Times New Roman (12 pt text, 10 pt footnotes)
- Citation Style: Bluebook 20th Edition (SCC/AIR preferred)
- Abstract: Max 250 words with 5 keywords
