- Long Articles: 5,000 – 10,000 words
- Short Articles: 3,000 – 5,000 words
- Case Comments: 1,500 – 3,000 words
- Legislative Briefs: 1,500 – 3,000 words
- Book Reviews: 1,500 – 3,000 words
- (Word limits exclude footnotes. Co-authorship allowed up to 3 authors.)
Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be original and unpublished.
- Plagiarism of content or ideas will lead to direct rejection.
- Manuscripts must include an abstract not exceeding 300 words.
- No author-identifying information should appear in the manuscript.
- Submissions must be in .doc or .docx format only.
- All submissions must be made via Google Form.
Formatting Guidelines
- Font: Times New Roman, Size 12 for text and headings.
- Headings/Sub-headings: Bold, size 12.
- Line spacing: 1.5 for text, 1.0 for footnotes.
- Referencing style: OSCOLA (4th edition).
- Substantive footnoting is not permitted.
