Types of Submission and Word Limit

• Long Articles: 5,000 – 10,000 words
• Short Articles: 3,000 – 5,000 words
• Case Comments: 1,500 – 3,000 words
• Legislative Briefs: 1,500 – 3,000 words
• Book Reviews: 1,500 – 3,000 words
• (Word limits exclude footnotes. Co-authorship allowed up to 3 authors.)

Submission Guidelines

• Submissions must be original and unpublished.
• Plagiarism of content or ideas will lead to direct rejection.
• Manuscripts must include an abstract not exceeding 300 words.
• No author-identifying information should appear in the manuscript.
• Submissions must be in .doc or .docx format only.
• All submissions must be made via Google Form.

Formatting Guidelines

• Font: Times New Roman, Size 12 for text and headings.
• Headings/Sub-headings: Bold, size 12.
• Line spacing: 1.5 for text, 1.0 for footnotes.
• Referencing style: OSCOLA (4th edition).
• Substantive footnoting is not permitted.
