Details of the Job/Internship
LawSikho is hiring a Candidate Engagement Executive (English Communication) to join their remote team in a full-time role from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with a salary of ₹20,000 per month.
Role and Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage communication with potential candidates via calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain job opportunities and answer candidate queries.
- Maintain follow-up with candidates to keep them engaged.
- Update and manage candidate data in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support recruitment workflows.
- Share job information and company updates with potential candidates.
Eligibility
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and persuasive on calls and messages.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and phone-based communication tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidate conversations.
- Prior experience in recruitment, tele-calling, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience with CRMs, ATS tools, or Excel/Google Sheets preferred.
- Background in HR, recruitment, or BPO roles preferred.
- Ability to communicate in other regional languages (optional).
