Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate with experience of 2–5 years to join their Capital Markets practice in Delhi NCR.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on initial public offerings.
• Handle qualified institutions placements.
• Work on foreign currency convertible bonds and global depository receipts.
• Support other capital markets transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Post-qualification experience of 2 to 5 years.
• Experience in capital markets practice.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
