Details of the Job/Internship

TARAksh Lawyers and Consultants is hiring a Capital Market Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and managing capital market documentation, including DRHPs and offer documents.
• Advising clients on corporate, securities, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Conducting legal due diligence and risk assessments.
• Coordinating with regulators, advisors, underwriters, and internal teams for IPO and QIPO execution.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of experience in capital market transactions.
• Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, capital market laws, and corporate law.
• Ability to provide strategic legal advice.
