Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join their Capital Markets practice in Bengaluru. The candidate should be a qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India and possess expertise in international capital markets transactions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on initial public offerings (IPOs).
• Handle qualified institutional placements (QIPs).
• Work on foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs).
• Assist with global depository receipts (GDRs) and other capital markets transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in capital markets.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
