Trilegal is hiring an Associate – Capital Markets with 1–3 years of experience to join its office in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advising clients on initial public offerings.
• Handling qualified institutions placements.
• Advising on foreign currency convertible bonds.
• Working on global depository receipts and other capital markets transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Post-qualification experience of 1 to 3 years.
• Experience in capital markets practice.

Salary/Stipend
