Trilegal is hiring a Capital Markets Lawyer with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on initial public offerings.
• Advise on qualified institutions placements.
• Provide counsel on foreign currency convertible bonds.
• Advise on global depository receipts.
• Handle other capital markets transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in capital markets.

Salary/Stipend
