Trilegal is hiring a Capital Markets Lawyer with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on initial public offerings.
• Advise on qualified institutions placements.
• Advise on foreign currency convertible bonds.
• Advise on global depository receipts and other capital markets transactions.

Eligibility

Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India. 2–3 years of experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
