Trilegal is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate in the Capital Markets practice to join their office in Delhi NCR.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on initial public offerings.
• Advise on qualified institutions placements.
• Advise on foreign currency convertible bonds.
• Advise on global depository receipts.
• Handle other capital markets transactions.

Eligibility

Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
