Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Capital Markets Lawyer with 4–7 years of experience to join their Capital Markets practice in Mumbai. The role involves advising clients on various capital markets transactions, including IPOs, QIPs, FCCBs, GDRs, and other related matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on initial public offerings.
• Provide legal guidance on qualified institutions placements.
• Advise on foreign currency convertible bonds and global depository receipts.
• Handle other capital markets transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 4–7 years of experience in a law firm or services industry.
• Expertise in international capital markets.
• High standards of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.

Salary/Stipend
