Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate for its Capital Markets Practice with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Bengaluru or Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

Routinely advise clients on initial public offerings, qualified institutions placements, foreign currency convertible bonds, global depository receipts, and other capital markets transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 1–4 years of PQE in Capital Markets.

Salary/Stipend
