Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate with 1–4 years of PQE in the Capital Markets practice to advise clients on IPOs, qualified institutional placements, foreign currency convertible bonds, global depository receipts, and other capital markets transactions. The role is based in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on initial public offerings and other capital market transactions.
• Provide guidance on qualified institutional placements and foreign currency convertible bonds.
• Support global depository receipts and related capital market deals.
• Draft and review legal documents and agreements related to transactions.
• Collaborate with senior partners and teams on client matters.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 1–4 years of post-qualification experience in capital markets.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
