Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate – Capital Markets with 1–5 years of experience to join their Mumbai office. The role involves working in the capital markets practice and advising clients on domestic and international capital markets transactions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on initial public offerings.
• Handle qualified institutions placements.
• Work on foreign currency convertible bonds.
• Advise on global depository receipts.
• Assist in other capital markets transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 1–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in capital markets practice.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
