Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate for its Capital Markets practice to join its Mumbai office. The role involves advising clients on a wide range of capital markets transactions, including public offerings and international listings.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on initial public offerings (IPOs).
• Handle qualified institutions placements (QIPs).
• Advise on foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs).
• Work on global depository receipts (GDRs) and other capital markets transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–6 years of post-qualification experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
