Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Senior Associate – Capital Markets Lawyer with 4–7 years of experience in a law firm or services industry to join its office in Mumbai. The role involves advising clients on a wide range of international capital markets transactions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on initial public offerings.
• Advise on qualified institutions placements.
• Handle matters related to foreign currency convertible bonds.
• Work on global depository receipts.
• Assist with other capital markets transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 4–7 years of experience in a law firm or services industry.
• High standards of integrity, professionalism, respect for others, and alignment with the firm’s goals.

Salary/Stipend
