LawSikho is hiring Career Mentors to join their fully remote team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one mentoring and career guidance.
• Inspire, motivate, and support learners in achieving goals.
• Simplify concepts and help individuals gain clarity.
• Build confidence and encourage action among mentees.
• Use LawSikho’s content, playbooks, and frameworks during mentoring sessions.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Added advantage: Prior experience in mentorship, teaching, coaching, customer care, or communication.
• Preferable: Familiarity with AI tools applications.

Salary/Stipend

₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month
