Details of the Job/Internship
RESOL Dispute Resolution Center is hiring a Case Counsel to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Case Counsel will be responsible for managing and facilitating dispute resolution cases through mediation, negotiation, and arbitration.
- Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, preparing legal documents, conducting case research, and providing legal advice and support.
- The Case Counsel will also coordinate with other legal professionals and ensure that all processes adhere to the confidentiality and ethical standards of RDRC.
Eligibility
- Experience in Mediation, Negotiation, and Arbitration.
- Strong Legal Research and Case Preparation skills.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
- Ability to liaise effectively with clients and legal professionals.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with online dispute resolution platforms is a plus.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
