Details of the Job/Internship

RESOL Dispute Resolution Center is hiring a Case Counsel to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Case Counsel will be responsible for overseeing mediation, negotiation, and arbitration processes, facilitating discussions between parties, and helping them reach mutually agreeable solutions.
• The role also involves drafting agreements, conducting legal research, and providing legal advice on dispute resolution matters.

Eligibility

• Legal research, Mediation, and Negotiation skills.
• Drafting legal agreements and providing legal advice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in dispute resolution or alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A law degree and bar admission are required.
• Previous experience in case management is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
