Details of the Job/Internship

Presolv360 is hiring for the position of Case Manager (Legal) with 1-2+ years of experience to join their office in Colaba, Maharashtra.

Role and Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth understanding of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) systems.
• Conduct legal research and monitor recent court rulings, industry trends, and legislative updates related to ADR/ODR.
• Administer and manage disputes on the Presolv360 platform, ensuring smooth and timely resolution processes.
• Offer technical and administrative support to parties and stakeholders involved in dispute resolution.
• Coordinate and provide operational support to empaneled neutrals, including case scheduling and communication.
• Manage neutral empanelment, from initial screening to onboarding.
• Oversee judicial correspondence, requisitions, and compliance documentation.
• Identify and propose process improvement opportunities to optimize the dispute resolution workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, tech) to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.

Eligibility

• 1–2+ years of professional experience, preferably in dispute resolution, legal operations, or related areas.
• Law degree (LL.B or LL.M) from a recognized institution.
• Strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic tech-savviness.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, learning mindset, and collaborative spirit.
• Deep interest in legal innovation and access to justice.

Salary/Stipend
