Details of the Job/Internship
JustAct is hiring an Arbitration Executive to support bulk arbitration case handling.
Role and Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients to ensure smooth client relationships.
- Managing templates for notices, including statements of claim, interim orders, and minutes of meetings.
- Modifying templates based on client requirements with the reporting manager.
- Preparing Excel sheets for mail merge of notices and populating data received from clients.
- Identifying gaps in information and remedying errors in mail merge outputs.
- Obtaining signatures on notices and preparing them for bulk dispatch.
- Dispatching notices and maintaining proof of delivery and records.
- Maintaining stationery inventory and raising purchase orders as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with previous experience in similar work.
- 0–5 years of experience in handling bulk arbitration cases is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Multilingual ability is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- High attention to detail for handling multiple dispatches for multiple clients.
- Knowledge of stamp duty for different states and ability to liaise with vendors for procurement.
