Details of the Job/Internship
Presolv360 is hiring a Case Manager (Legal) with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in Colaba, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Learn and understand concepts of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and ODR.
- Conduct research on ADR and ODR and stay updated with latest trends and court rulings.
- Administer disputes on the ODR platform.
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to parties during dispute resolution.
- Manage dispute communication and assist in case management.
- Support and coordinate with neutrals.
- Handle the neutral empanelment process.
- Manage judicial requisitions and correspondence.
- Identify and define opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.
Eligibility
- 0–2 years of experience, preferably in dispute resolution.
- LL.B. / LL.M. graduate.
- Excellent drafting and written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
