Risol Dispute Resolution Center (RDRC) is hiring for the position of a Case Manager to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
The Case Manager will be responsible for managing dispute cases, coordinating with mediators and arbitrators, and facilitating the resolution process. Tasks include assessing case details, documenting and maintaining case files, scheduling sessions, and providing guidance and support to involved parties. The role requires the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and ensure adherence to RDRC's standards and procedures.
Eligibility
- Experience in mediation, negotiation, and arbitration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency with technology and online platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Conflict Resolution, or related field.
- Experience in handling commercial, contractual, or personal disputes is a plus.
