ZAVO is hiring a Case Manager – Outbound Calling with experience of 0–1 year to work remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain Legal Pay’s services.
- Identify and qualify potential legal funding leads.
- Collect and analyse basic case details during calls.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case progression.
- Ensure professionalism and confidentiality while handling client information.
Eligibility
- 0–1 year of experience in calling, client handling, or case management.
- Law graduates preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Salary/Stipend
