EthicWorks Immigration is hiring a Case Support Executive – Immigration Operations to join their office in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review client documents for completeness and accuracy as per internal requirements.
- Organise and maintain digital case files and records.
- Prepare draft letters, checklists, and application documents as instructed.
- Track document validity and follow up for missing or updated information.
- Communicate with clients for document requests and procedural updates.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal trackers.
- Schedule appointments, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Assist with internal file reviews to ensure process consistency.
- Support authorised consultants with application preparation tasks.
- Conduct basic research using publicly available information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case handling.
Eligibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational and documentation abilities.
- Ability to follow structured processes and instructions.
- Comfort with digital tools and online systems.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB preferred) or a relevant academic background.
- Entry-level candidates may apply.
- Prior experience in documentation, operations, compliance, or administrative roles is an advantage.
