Details of the Job/Internship
Haleon is hiring a Category Legal Manager with 10+ years of legal experience to join their team in Gurgaon, Haryana.
Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as legal lead for Oral Health and Digestive Health categories.
- Provide end-to-end legal support across R&D, Medical, Quality, and Marketing teams.
- Deliver legal counsel for business operations in Sri Lanka.
- Serve as Company Secretary for one legal entity and manage secretarial work across India Subcontinent.
- Support M&A and cross-functional transactions.
- Provide legal support to functions like Finance, Tax, HR, and Procurement.
- Manage litigation related to products, brands, and competitors.
- Represent the company before regulators and industry forums.
- Lead compliance initiatives and investigations.
- Conduct training on legal and regulatory topics.
- Drive legal process simplification and automation.
Eligibility
- Preferred qualifications: LLB and CS.
- Minimum 10 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, food, drugs & cosmetics, competition, and regulatory laws.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
