Details of the Job/Internship

Kinara Capital is hiring a Central Legal Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru South.

Role and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all legal matters of the organisation.
Draft and review legal documents and agreements.
Provide legal guidance for business decisions.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage disputes and litigation.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and regulators.
Support corporate governance and risk management initiatives.

Eligibility

Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal documentation.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.
Experience in litigation management and dispute resolution.
Understanding of corporate governance and business law.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
LL.B./LL.M. from a recognised institution.
Experience in the financial or fintech sector preferred.
