Details of the Organization

NMIMS Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, Mumbai, a part of the SVKM group under NMIMS (deemed-to-be university), was approved by the Bar Council of India in 2013, which is also its year of establishment. The School of Law instills professional virtues in a well-planned manner, without undermining ‘societal values’.

Details of the Conference/Seminar

Scheduled for February 1st and 2nd, 2025, this significant gathering will delve into emerging legal reforms and developments. The event will be inaugurated on February 1st with an inaugural ceremony featuring esteemed Judges, advocates, and representatives from leading law firms.

• Abstract should not exceed the word limit of 350 words.
• The abstract should mention the following specific details on the front page:
  • Name of the Author.
  • Contact Number.
  • Email ID.
  • Title of the Submission.
• Rename the document as Name of Author_Title while submission of the abstract.

The abstract should be submitted in doc/docx format with the following specifications:

• Font Type: Times New Roman.
• Font Size: 12 pts.
• Line spacing: 1.5.
• Alignment: Justified.
