Details of the Job/Internship

Intelehealth is hiring a Chairperson – Internal Committee (IC) for POSH Compliance with 7-10 years of experience to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

Lead and Oversee Investigations:

• Serve as the independent External Chairperson of the IC, ensuring timely and compliant redressal of sexual harassment complaints.

Legal Guidance & Due Process:

• Provide expert counsel during proceedings to ensure adherence to the POSH Act, 2013 and related laws.

Case Management:

• Guide the IC through complex, sensitive cases, including those involving international and cross-cultural contexts.

Policy Advisory:

• Advise on updates to internal POSH policies to reflect current legal standards in India and globally.

Training & Awareness:

• Support and occasionally deliver POSH awareness sessions and compliance training.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure documentation of proceedings, timely closure of cases, and preparation of annual reports and statutory records.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM with specialization in Labour Law, Employment Law, or Gender Rights.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience as Chairperson or External Member on Internal Committees.
• Proven experience managing POSH cases within mid-to-large, multinational organizations, especially those with US–India operations.
• In-depth understanding of Indian sexual harassment laws and international workplace conduct standards.
• High degree of integrity, neutrality, and independence.
• Excellent facilitation, documentation, and conflict resolution skills.

Salary/Stipend
