NexorTest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Chief Compliance Officer to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of regulatory compliance and product certification.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
- Manage regulatory submissions and ensure timely approvals.
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and testing teams to support compliance objectives.
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory frameworks, industry guidelines, and certification requirements.
- Represent the organization with regulatory bodies and certification authorities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen to support compliance-related decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing compliance programs, audits, and regulatory submissions.
- Prior exposure to product certification and regulatory affairs is highly desirable.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Bengaluru.
