Details of the Job/Internship

Domnic Lewis is hiring a Chief Legal Officer with 20–25 years of experience in commercial and corporate law to join their office in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead legal strategy and advise on corporate, regulatory, and governance matters.
• Provide counsel on manufacturing operations, supply chain contracts, and compliance with EHS and trade regulations.
• Oversee complex commercial transactions, contracts, and joint ventures.
• Implement and monitor compliance programs across jurisdictions.
• Manage litigation, regulatory matters, and corporate governance.

Eligibility

• Law degree with a license to practice in India.
• 20+ years of legal experience, including leadership roles in manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong expertise in commercial, regulatory, and corporate law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Europe and the UAE preferred.
• Cross-border transaction experience is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
