Eurotech Industries is hiring a Chief Legal Officer with experience of 8+ years to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Complete legal compliance strategy for digital mental healthcare.
• Therapist contracting and liability frameworks.
• Data privacy and protection systems.
• Insurance and payment regulatory compliance.
• International Expansion Legal Frameworks.
• AR/VR therapy legal guidelines.
• Cryptocurrency payment legal compliance.
• Structure and negotiate term sheets with investors.
• Manage regulatory compliance for funding rounds.
• Handle foreign investment approvals and FEMA compliance.
• Design and implement ESOP policies.
• Oversee investor rights and shareholder agreements.
• Manage corporate governance framework.
• Lead due diligence processes.
• Ensure compliance with startup funding schemes.
• Structure international holding company setup if needed.
• Handle regulatory filings for investments.

Eligibility

• LLB with 8+ years experience in healthcare/technology law

Preferred expertise in:

• Telemedicine laws and regulations in India.
• Mental Healthcare Act, 2017.
• Digital health guidelines compliance.
• HIPAA and international data privacy laws.
• Professional liability in mental healthcare.
• SEBI regulations and compliance.
• Foreign investment regulations in the healthcare sector.
• FEMA compliance for international investments.

Experience with:

• Healthcare licensing requirements.
• Digital health regulatory frameworks.
• International healthcare compliance.
• Technology contracts and IP law.
• Term sheet negotiations.
• Cap table management.
• ESOP structuring and documentation.
• Due diligence processes.
