Details of the Job/Internship
K Raheja Group is hiring a Chief Legal Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the group’s legal department.
- Provide expert legal advice across litigation and non-litigation matters.
- Oversee corporate documentation, governance policies, and statutory compliances.
- Manage legal risks and devise effective legal strategies for the organisation.
- Handle contractual agreements and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory changes impacting the group.
- Manage legal matters across hospitality and real estate operations.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, government regulations, and land-related compliances.
Eligibility
- Strong expertise in law, legal advisory, and legal issue management.
- Proven experience in corporate documentation and governance practices.
- Familiarity with labour laws and government or land compliances.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
- Professional law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) with relevant certifications.
- Minimum 7–10 years of legal experience.
- Experience in the hospitality or real estate sector is an added advantage.
