Oraiyan Groups is looking for a candidate for the position of Chief Legal officer.

Role and Responsibilities

The Chief Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal advice, handling corporate governance matters, and overseeing compliance with labor and employment laws.

Eligibility

• Law and Legal Issues expertise
• Experience in providing Legal Advice
• Knowledge of Corporate Governance principles
• Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Relevant advanced degree in Law or related field.
