Shya Exports Private Limited is hiring a Chief Legal Officer to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal aspects of company operations.
• Provide expert legal advice and resolve legal issues.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
• Manage compliance with labor and employment laws.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance across all business activities.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in Law, Legal Issues, and Legal Advisory.
• Experience with Corporate Governance.
• Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience in the healthcare or international export sector is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
