Serentica supports business operations across all phases of the project lifecycle through strategic legal guidance.

Details of the Job/Internship

Serentica is hiring a Chief Manager – Legal with relevant experience in managing legal aspects of renewable energy projects to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts such as Power Purchase Agreements, EPC Contracts (Wind & Solar), Module Supply Agreements, WTG Contracts, and O&M Contracts.
• Handle Financing Agreements, M&A transactions, Land Aggregation MOUs, Service/Consultancy Contracts, NDAs, and Lease/Sale Agreements.
• Provide strategic input for contractual dispute resolution and transactional closure.
• Offer legal advice on project lifecycle matters while managing legal and commercial risks.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and provide legal validation of internal policies.
• Support in the creation of securities in favor of lenders.
• Manage external legal counsel and vendors.
• Advise on land acquisition-related legal matters.
• Coordinate with acquisition vendors and panel advocates for title reports.
• Maintain legal MIS, draft notices, and manage legal records and regulatory matters.
• Deliver daily legal support for ongoing business activities across project phases.

Eligibility

Relevant legal experience in the renewable energy sector with expertise in commercial contract management and project legal advisory.
