Details of the Job/Internship

They are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Advocate—civil to join their legal team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience handling civil cases, with a strong focus on Property litigation, Family Dispute Matters, and Cheque Bounce cases.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation, focusing on property disputes, family law matters, cheque bounce cases, and allied civil matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, written statements, agreements, and notices.
• Provide legal opinions and advise clients on civil law matters.
• Attend court hearings and collaborate with senior advocates to develop case strategies.
• Research legal precedents, statutes, and regulations relevant to cases.

Eligibility

• 2-3 years of experience in civil law, particularly in Property, Family, and Cheque Bounce cases.
• Proficient in Kannada (both spoken and written) is a must.
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and courtroom etiquette with LL.B or LL.M.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary/Stipend
