Jurisiti is looking for a candidate for the position of Civil Business Commercial Corporate Advocate to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft high-quality legal documents, including writs, plaints, suits, complaints, written statements, evidence, and rejoinders.
- Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation.
- Conduct meticulous document vetting and in-depth legal research.
- Manage end-to-end litigation processes with precision and efficiency.
- Thrive under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional performance standards.
Eligibility
- Education: Law degree from a Tier-1 law college; LLM preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of core litigation experience in Business, Civil, Commercial, and Corporate Law.
- Outstanding drafting and legal research capabilities.
- Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, and business law.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proactive, professional, and driven with a passion for litigation.
Salary/Stipend
