Details of the Job/Internship

Reddys Medicare Laboratories is hiring a full-time, on-site Civil & Criminal Lawyer to lead their legal operations in Deoghar. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end management of both civil and criminal cases involving the organisation.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to management on operational risks and dispute resolution.
• Draft, review, and finalize a wide range of legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
• Represent the company effectively in court proceedings and before statutory authorities.
• Conduct exhaustive legal research to build strong arguments and support litigation strategies.
• Ensure strict legal compliance across all business and clinical functions in the region.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with healthcare services and corporate agreements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all business decisions align with current legal frameworks.

Eligibility

• LLB (Bachelor of Legislative Law) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• Preferred: A postgraduate degree in Law (LLM).
• Proven expertise in managing both Civil and Criminal Law cases effectively.
• Strong proficiency in legal research, drafting, and the preparation of complex legal arguments.
• Experience in representing corporate clients in court and managing high-stakes litigation.
• Solid skills in contract negotiation, legal compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of corporate and business legal frameworks is considered a significant advantage.
