Details of the Job/Internship
LAWVS is hiring a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join them in New Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, replies, rejoinders and civil litigation cases.
- Represent clients in civil litigation matters before the Delhi High Court.
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefs to support case strategies.
- Manage case files and ensure compliance with court procedures and requirements.
- Attend court hearings and meetings with clients to discuss case progress and strategies.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop case arguments and strategies.
- Stay updated on legal developments and changes in civil law and court procedures.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in civil litigation, specifically in the Delhi High Court.
- Strong Civil drafting and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of successful representation in civil cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary/Stipend
