Details of the Job/Internship

Amit Gupta Associates Real Estate Attorney is looking for a candidate for the position of Civil Litigator to join them at their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal opinions for civil cases.
• Represent clients in district and high courts.
• Attend client meetings, manage litigation files, and provide strategic legal advice.
• Collaborate with senior advocates and other stakeholders.
• Work on real estate litigation matters – property disputes, land title, tenancy, etc.

Eligibility

• Bar Council of India license (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Excellent drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage matters independently.
• Real estate law experience is a plus.
• NLU graduates preferred, but not mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
