Details of the Job/Internship

Star Health & Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. is hiring a Claims Legal Specialist to join their offices in Chennai, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, and Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage legal aspects of insurance claim settlements.
• Draft and review legal documentation related to claims.
• Handle claims litigation and dispute resolution.
• Provide legal advice to the in-house claims team.
• Ensure compliance with insurance laws and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate legal records.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or related fields.
• Strong understanding of claims management and litigation handling.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and research.
• Knowledge of insurance laws and compliance protocols.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in the insurance sector or claims-related role is preferred.
