Prisha Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Claims Specialist to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Evaluate, investigate, and process insurance claims in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and stakeholders to collect information and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all claims, including forms, correspondence, and supporting evidence.
- Assess claim validity, determine coverage, and approve/deny claims as per policy terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with underwriting, legal, and finance teams to resolve complex claims.
- Identify potential fraudulent claims and coordinate investigations with relevant departments.
- Prepare periodic reports on claims activities, highlighting trends, statistics, and potential issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in claims management or a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations (preferred).
