B&B Associates LLP is hiring a Client Relationship Manager for their Panchkula office. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, addressing queries, coordinating with legal teams, and facilitating communication between clients and the firm.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and address client queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with legal teams to provide timely updates to clients.
- Maintain and manage client documentation and records.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the firm.
- Identify potential client needs and opportunities for the firm.
- Ensure high standards of client service and satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in client relationship management or customer service.
- Ability to manage client documentation and maintain records.
- Knowledge of legal processes and terminology is a plus.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
