Details of the Job/Internship
Juris Prime Law Services is hiring a Client Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the legal team.
- Identify new clients and address client needs.
- Provide post-service support and coordinate client feedback.
- Draft proposals and client correspondence.
- Assist with contract management.
- Support business development initiatives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in client management, client support, and client satisfaction.
- Experience in contract management, proposal drafting, and client correspondence.
- Problem-solving aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with Hyderabad’s legal and business environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the firm’s practice areas and professional client liaison skills.
- Proficiency in office software and ability to maintain an organised client database.
