Details of the Job/Internship
Juris Prime Law Services is hiring a Client Relationship Manager to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and communication.
- Identify new clients and address existing client needs.
- Provide post-service client support and coordinate feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Draft proposals and client correspondence.
- Assist with contract management processes.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain a well-organised client database.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in client management, client support, and client satisfaction.
- Experience with contract management, proposal drafting, and client correspondence.
- Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with Hyderabad’s legal and business environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of law firm practice areas and ability to liaise professionally with clients.
- Proficiency in office software and maintaining client databases.
