Supreme Laws is hiring a Client Relationship Manager to join their hybrid team in Chandigarh.

Role and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Manage client communications and address concerns effectively.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Coordinate between clients and internal legal teams.
• Collaborate on client account strategies and business development activities.

Eligibility

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in client account management and issue resolution.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of legal practices or prior experience in the legal industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Professional conduct with a client-focused approach.
