Details of the Job/Internship

CMI is looking for a highly motivated Client On-Boarding/Business Development - Specialist, to join their Firm at the office in New Delhi.

Note: In this role, the candidate shall not advertise or solicit work and will be governed by the law and rules applicable to Indian law firms.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the client onboarding plans and initiatives at the Firm by proposing relevant service offerings.
• Support the Firm’s digital channels with timely legal updates, as relevant to industry. 
• Arranging meetings with Clients from industries relevant to practice of Lawyer. 
• Registering and/or participating in conferences.
• Coordinate and Conduct webinars, campaigns, conferences, knowledge sharing events for the Firm and Lawyers.
• Working on onboarding of Corporates/Family Offices/MNCs to Lawyers relevant to their practice areas.

Eligibility

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in BD, with a degree in Business Administration or Law.
• Knowledge and interest in Legal Tech Solutions.
• Exposure to managing and dealing with MNCs and HNIs.
• Strong knowledge of growth techniques, and exceptional project management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
