Details of the Job/Internship

Hinduja Housing Finance is hiring a Cluster Legal Manager with 3–4 years of SARFAESI and recovery experience to join its Ludhiana office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and issue notices under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act.
• Take symbolic possession under Section 13(4).
• File and follow up on Section 14 applications.
• Execute possession orders in coordination with local administration.
• Conduct field visits with the collection team in high POS accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors, court receivers, and enforcement agencies.
• Maintain accurate legal MIS and documentation.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (LLB).
• 3–4 years of hands-on SARFAESI and recovery experience (HFC/NBFC/Bank/ARC preferred).
• Proficiency in Punjabi (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary/Stipend

Up to ₹7.5 LPA
