Details of the Job/Internship
Elevate is hiring a Commercial Attorney with 2+ years of corporate/commercial law experience to join the ElevateNext team on a remote basis in India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with contract drafting, review, and analysis for cross-border operations.
- Scope customer inquiries and develop accurate fee quotes.
- Manage assigned matters and ensure timely completion on the Elevate platform.
- Support preparation and filing of corporate documents with authorities.
- Conduct thorough legal document reviews for compliance and improvements.
- Prepare cost estimates and scale projects as needed.
- Interface with senior attorneys for oversight.
Eligibility
- JD required; active bar license.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate/commercial law.
- Experience with startup formation, Delaware law, and early-stage business issues.
- Experience with entrepreneurs and startups preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology platforms.
